DRY ZONE DUI Programs

The Dry Zone is a state licensed program for those who have been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substance, or those who are required by the DMV to participate in a state licensed DUI Program to receive their driver’s license back.

The Dry Zone seeks to involve participants in a recovery process which helps them to avoid future DUI arrests and to learn about the risks and consequences of drinking and driving to themselves, other and family members.

We offer the 8-week Wet-Reckless, 6-months program, 9-months program, 12-months and 18-months program.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Check and Monty Order.

Are there any fees for not paying my monthly fee on time?

No.

What days do you offer your groups?

 Monday thru Saturday.

What is your capacity?

 15-people per group

Can I complete in less time than than required program time?

No.

Am I allowed to miss any groups? How many groups am I allowed to miss before consequence?

A fee of $20.00 charged for every absence. 10.

How do I take a Leave of Absence from program?

If you’re going on Vacation, Employment Travel, and Medical Emergency for yourself or family member, incarceration you may ask for a Leave of Absence. Leave of Absence will be Approved with documentation a $20.00 fee will be charged but the absence will not count against your total 10 absences.

How long can I be in a Leave of Absence for?

Leave of Absences are valid for up to two years with proper documentation.

Can I come back for group before my Leave of Absence is up?

Yes.

Am I allowed to reschedule any group or individual sessions?

Group sessions can be rescheduled with 24hrs notice in advance. A $20.00 fee will be charge for every reschedule group.

How late am I allowed to be for group?

If you arrive late after 5-mins after group has started it will be consider an absent a $20.00 fee will be charged for every absence.

Can I reschedule a missed group session?

No.
